I've never been the kind of person who dreamt about living in a large mansion in some wealthy, upscale neighbourhood. I think that a true 'home' transcends any physical architectural structure. Certainly, I appreciate the work of architects, but what's more important to me is who and what occupy those spaces.
These images are taken from the home of Wan (aka. cottonblue on flickr). Most of her household items are thrifted or vintage, and it just goes to show you that you don't need to spend a ton of money to have gorgeous home. I especially love her craft corner/collection.
